OVERVIEW

  • Bede’s Senior School situated in the South East of England and is nestled in the beautiful English countryside located less than 50min from Gatwick airport.

    Bede’s provide an exceptional training facility for this course, with access to well-maintained playing fields, all-weather pitches, large modern sports hall, a swimming pool, a gym and analysis rooms, which all form a part of a multi-million-pound sports complex.

    Bede’s offers separate accommodation for boys and girls and most bedrooms have two, three or four beds. Every house has its own communal space for students to relax. Bedrooms in some houses are arranged in little apartments where there is one bathroom for every two to three bedrooms. In other houses, there are communal bathrooms on each floor.

  • Students share their bedroom with children of a similar age and from different countries which helps them to mix, speak English and forge new friendships.

    Our camp partners Bede’s Summer School have staff that live and sleep in the same boarding houses as the students. They are available 24 hours a day to deal with any problems that may arise, even in the middle of the night. Each house has a dedicated House Parent who is responsible for the smooth running of the house and for students’ comfort and well-being. There are daily house registers and meetings to ensure all students are present and aware of the day’s schedule.

    There is also a noticeboard in each house for information and messages. A laundry service, overseen by the House Parent, is offered to students at least twice per week and is included in the fee. Every week, an unannounced fire drill will take place to make sure that students are aware of the evacuation procedure.

    Bede’s Summer School will decide which houses will be used for boys/girls according to the number of enrolments in each week. Some houses may be used for a particular age range. We accept accommodation requests, but these are subject to availability on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.on

  • Participants at the camp will enjoy three balanced meals a day along with evening snacks to keep their energy levels high throughout the day. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated to ensure all players have the nutrition they need. Bede’s Summer School provides a varied meal selection, offering a range of options designed to cater to different tastes and nutritional needs. This ensures that every participant is well-fueled for both their football training and academic activities.

  • Transfers from/to Heathrow, Gatwick and Stanstead Airports and Ashford Train Station are included in the fees at any time of the day. Students are met by Bede’s Summer school staff and Bede’s airport coordinators provide extra care.
