CAMP SUMMARY

Day camp runs from Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (Wed 18:00) for for ages 11+. Includes all camp types such as ‘Football & Language’, ‘Complete Football’, and ‘Goalkeeper Camp’ . Doesn’t include evening and weekend activities.

    Ages 11-17

    Under exceptional circumstances, 11-year-olds may be permitted to join the residential course provided that specific criteria are me.

  • Complete Football Day Camp
    Football camp without English language tuition. Up to 26hrs of training, workshops and match-play per week.

    Goalkeeper Day Camp
    Goalkeeper camp without English language tuition. Up to 6hrs of GK training and 20hrs of workshops and match-play per week

    Language Tuition Day Camp
    Football camp with English language tuition. Up to 14hrs of English tuition and 12hrs of training, workshops and match-play per week.

  • A playing level of intermediate-advanced is required. The camp is not open to beginners or recreational players. We advise that players currently play for school, club or academy side.

CAMP OVERVIEW

LALIGA Football Camps UK offers a unique opportunity for players to live and train like young professional footballers. Students will immerse themselves in an intensive two-week technical training course sculpted by world-class UEFA Pro certified coaches from LALIGA.

Accompanying the LALIGA coaches from Spain will be former professional players from England who have a wealth of playing and coaching experience through guest masterclasses and Q&A’s.

Players will learn LALIGA’s authentic training methodologies with a focus on creating the ‘complete footballer’ through tactical, technical, physical and psychological sessions and workshops. 

As part of LALIGA’s 360° approach, players will have access to high-performance specialist’s, an array of football related workshops, individualised technical reports and in-house fixtures.

Students will also have the chance to partake in an excursion to a professional football stadium for a behind the scenes tour

Former Professional Players

Joining the LALIGA coaches will be former English professional players who will offer guest masterclasses and Q&A’s.

LALIGA Coaches

The intensive training programme is designed and executed by authentic LaLiga coaches from Spain. The vast majority of the coaches are UEFA Pro certified, which is the highest accreditation a coach can receive by European standards.

Training

Players can expect a high-performance coaching environment that is progressive throughout the course. Week one is centred on individual player development with week two focused on team development. Groups are segregated by age and/or ability.

Pastoral Care

Staff are available on campus 24 hours per day and provide an excellent welfare service to students. A staff to student ratio of 1:5 is guaranteed. There is a Welfare Manager who look after students’ personal needs, a surgery led by qualified nurse several times a week and access to a local doctor if required.

Optional English Lessons

Five English levels are available at LALIGA Camps UK from A2 (Pre-Intermediate) to C2 (Proficiency). Bede’s syllabus offers varied, current and relevant topics to engage, motivate and inspire students.

Optional Goalkeeper Training

Hosted in small groups, the sessions covers shot-stopping, positioning, footwork, distribution, handling, one-on-one scenarios and much more.

Goalkeepers integrate with the outfielders in the afternoon for team practices to enhance decision-making, communication, and understanding of play from the back.

There will be opportunities for matches in competitive environments alongside outfield players.
